Peru Peaberry Organic 12 oz.

On the western coast of South America in the higher altitudes of the Andes Mountains, this peaberry (small bean) is wet-processed to give a sweet, fruity experience with tasting notes of apricot and citrus with a touch of caramel. It has a medium acidity and medium to heavy body.  It is excellent in drip brewers and with immersion methods.

All of our coffee will be provided whole bean to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.

Orders will be shipped at the beginning of the week in order to ensure fresh coffee.
