Coffee Instructions
Brewing coffee is an art. A variety of styles and methods may be utilized to please your personal preference. The following instructions are a good starting point. However, you can vary the amounts of coffee, the grind size, water temperature, etc. to find what you like best. Be creative!
Brewed coffee (drip coffee): 1 leveled tablespoon for each cup
Pour-over, Chemex, etc.: Ratio of 1 gram of medium ground coffee: 17 grams water or about 1 – 1.5 tablespoons: 6 oz of water
French Press, AeroPress, etc: Ratio of 1 gram of medium-coarse ground coffee: 15 grams water or 1 leveled tablespoon: 4 oz water
