A unique cup from central America, this coffee is naturally processed with anaerobic fermentation.   This produces a complex cup that is still very smooth to drink, but has berry notes from start to finish.  It is a bright cup that makes an excellent drip, pour over, and french press.  Although it has a different flavor from your run of the mill coffee, it is an easy drinking cup that is sure to please.

All of our coffee will be provided whole bean to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.

Orders will be shipped at the beginning of the week in order to ensure fresh coffee.
