Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Organic 12 oz.

Ethiopia is considered by many to be the birthplace of coffee.  Yirgacheffe is one of the micro-regions known for producing quality beans grown at high altitude which takes the cherry longer to mature.  This produces a richer and more developed flavor.  This coffee has tasting notes of fruit, floral, and green tea.   It has a medium body with mild acidity.  This is an excellent all around coffee that produces a rich flavor with all brewing methods.

All of our coffee will be provided whole bean to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.
