Columbia is a solid coffee producer.  This bean is grown at high altitudes and processed naturally with a unique carbonic fermentation process.   This produces a complex cup without being overpowering.  There are tasting notes of stone fruit and berry, with bright acidity and medium body.  This is an excellent pour over, but works well in all methods.  The flavor really changes as the cup cools.

All of our coffee will be provided whole bean to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.

Orders will be shipped at the beginning of the week in order to ensure fresh coffee.
